TTC baby #1, help!

My husband and I have been ttc for what feels like an eternity. I struggle with many health problems (siezure disorder, heart ahrithmia, hypoglycemia, pcos, strangely shaped uterus, ibs, and apparently my Fallopian tubes go nearly straight down...)  that make many things difficult and am aware of that...but I am getting so discouraged. Do any of you have any advise on conceiving? I have been trying to track everything to the best of my abilities. I have taken an ovulation every single day but it has showed up consistently negative. Anything helps!
