I'm not sure what this is this TMI

This is under my breast and it doesn't hurt or anything I think it might be like this because of sweat but in not completely sure. Also I would really like it if anyone knows a way to remove it cause it makes me feel embarrassed to change to sport at school. And if this is important I have never had sexual activity like kiss etc I'm 14
