Waist trainer?

I am thinking about getting one. Any ladies use them?  If so what's the best one?

Waist trainers only help with water weight/ slight bloating by making you sweat a little more. Or if you have back probkems they kind of help by acting like a back brace. You have to do your part with workouts and healthy eating and drinking plenty of water. They are good if you want to appear trim quick, but if you don't wear it for a couple days that all comes back. And some waist trainers can actually be harmful to your body if they are too tight. I got talked into getting one and its not bad, but it doesn't do what they are advertised to do.
