Vaping.. Help?? Please?

So i quit smoking cigarettes in November of last year and switched to vaping and I've never had a problem with it. But the last couple days it has made me incredibly nauseous. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it looked like it had a very very faint positive, I know I tested too early but I have no self control lol (6 days till af) Could me possibly being pregnant be the reason it has all of a sudden made me so sick to my stomach??
