Advice on natural, fast birth for ftm?

I'm 32 weeks and as time is getting closer I'm thinking alottt. 
For moms who have already gave birth , can you give me some advice on how I can have a natural , fast delivery. Also I'm trying to go all natural, no epidural either . Your advice would really help!

I went into labor at four am (woke up from contractions), but my water hadn't broken yet. So I stayed home and went about my day (this helps). At 4 pm I had contractions every four minutes, each a minute long, so I called the midwife like I was supposed to. I checked in to the hospital at five pm, spent the next two hours walking in little circles in my room. At seven I started pushing, I kept moving around, either squatting on the floor or on my side or on my knees... At eight she was born. I had no epidural. So that is what I would suggest - stay home as long as you can, stay standing as long as you can, avoid lying on your back.

The biggest piece of advice I can give you is don't fight your contractions.  Alot of women go in and panic when they contract and try to get them to stop or they move and fight and stuff.. that's only gunna make them worse. Let your body contract and just breathe through it. 
Try different positions.  Squat.. walk.. get on all fours. Don't just lay on your back and not move. Moving will not only progress your labor it will make it less painful. 
What helps me is remembering we were built to do this shit. Women have been having babies since the dawn of time with no meds. Imagine the meds weren't even invented.. we would have no choice. I go in with that head set and yes I hurts.  It hurts alot but you can do it!

•DO NOT LABOR ON YOUR BACK. Oh Lord, I had to get on my back so my midwife could check dilation and I was having back to back contractions. They were unbearable. It really makes a difference to get off your back. 
•GET IN THE SHOWER they say the tub can slow down labor if you get in too early, but the shower won't. I could barely feel my contractions in there. Just let the hot water hit your lower back. 
•STAY HOME AS LONG AS POSSIBLE
•LABOR IN WATER/TUB if you can at hospital/birth center. I did the last five hours (had a 33-35hr labor because baby was posterior) in the tub. I wanted to deliver in there but I had no more strength after such a hard labor and had to get out to push squating while my husband held me like this 
• ACCEPT/WELCOME CONTRACTIONS don't fight it. Try to be present and realize when you tense so you can let go again. Breathe through it
•DELIVER SQUATTING it's so much easier. We aren't meant to push on our back
•DON'T SCREAM believe me, you'll want to. But that causes you to waste your energy instead of using it to push. It also raises your chances of tearing. Do deep moans instead
•PUSH STRONG BUT SLOWLY AND ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE CONTRACTIONS/THE URGE I read someone on another post suggested to just push, even if you don't have to and to just keep pushing as baby comes out. That's a great way to tear. Having a midwife present is great for this. Mine guided me and told me to tell her when I felt the ring of fire. I did and she told me to stop pushing and hold baby there. This gave my peranium time to slowly stretch and then slowly push baby out. I didn't tear. None of that counting stuff they do at the hospital
