Help! ?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant & sick with a cold. Is there anything I can take? My whole body aches, my throat is sore, my nose is runny, I cannot deal!

My doctor told me that Tylenol cold and flu was ok because before I found out I was pregnant I was living off Tylenol cold & flu capsules. I told my dr that I was worried she said it was fine because it was a Tylenol product.
