Do any of your SO's suffer from bipolar disorder or depression?

How do they treat you on their bad days? Are they less affectionate? Does this cause their sex drive to decrease?

On his bad days he treats me like shit but I know it's just because he's in a mood and he doesn't mean it....it can be hard but I love him through the good and bad and that's the choice you have to make when you fall in love with someone who is bi polar

I don suffer from that, but I have seen several post on here where woman have said it greatly decreases their sex drive, and for many it took a while to return after stoping medication.

Im bipolar and have major depression, yet my sex drive is fine and i treat my SO with love and respect even on my worst days. 
We have great communication though.

I have depression Iam so sad my libido is affecting me. My so is always arguing with me. I really can't take it anymore. It is a everyday thing he is always verbal abusing me. And Iam sick of it. I don't know what to do but I don't want to be in the relationship anymore but I don't know how I will support myself with one income it might not cut it. So now Iam stuck being an a verbal relationship.

I suffer from depression I'm taking antidepressants every day, and see a counsellor once a month, can't say anything about my libido it's basically the same

My SO is on medication for his bipolar. But he's also not the best at remembering to take it. At those moments it's like in his biggest enemy. And that really hurts. He also has anger issues so adding those together can make for a rough time. But I've learned that that's when he needs me the most. He'll withdraw from me but I can tell if he's needing me there or if he needs me to back off. If he needs me to back off I suggest he go for a drive out looking for deer ( something he loves to do and it's calming for him). If I know he's needing me, I up my affection towards him. 
As for his sex drive the medication doesn't affect that at all lol but it does cause him ED at times which can make the time worse. But he has a pill for that and I make sure I give him extra attention and let him do what he wants ( which I can't complain about bc he says watching me get all worked up is his biggest turn on :) ). Long answer sorry.

I was just wondering because my so has both. He's 36. His sex drive isn't really that high and he's just not as affectionate as he was before. Could it be because he doesn't always take his medicine?
