We just got the results of my DHs biopsies. He has very few sperm making cells (almost none) and "maturation arrest". The doctor told us we have virtually no chance of conceiving. We now have to put serious thought into other means of becoming parents. Wondering if anyone here has chosen to use donor sperm? What was your experience? How did you handle any feelings that came along with this choice?
