I'm not sure how hcg levels work but mine were 5950 at 4 weeks 2 days and 6720 less than 24hrs later.

I have naturally low levels of HCG and my sister has unusually high levels of HCG. Hers triples every day while mine barely doubles.

If you're concerned talk to your OB and see if they can schedule an U/S to put your mind at ease at 6w.

It can vary greatly from one woman to another. There's a formula for how much it's supposed to increase daily at certain times in early pregnancy, I just don't know it myself. Heard as long as it increases daily you are good, can't stay the same or drop, that's bad. Don't worry to much, that's not good for you or baby either.
