What am I not doing right?

I feed my 2 weeks old baby, he falls asleep then as soon as I put him down to swaddle him(cus he doesnt fall asleep if i dont) he wakes up and start crying again. What should I do??? I feel so exhausted and i just wanna cry. 😭

It's normal!! Your baby doesn't understand why they are not next to you all the time! If you look at other cultures around the world they would barely put down their babies in the first year! And their kids are definitely not spoilt! Don't let people tell you that you can spoil a newborn, they are not trying to manipulate you! 
It's hard, but the baby stage is a very hands on stage. My toddler now, when he was a baby would cry and cry if he wasn't held, so I would baby wear him, and I always responded to his cries. I did baby led feeding (since they can't read the time and when it's the 'right' time to feed), I coslept and still do. He has his toddler bed next to my bed. 
And each month since he turned about two, it has been getting easier and easier because he is becoming more independent. People always comment about how he is so well behaved and chilled out kid. 
I'm going to do all the same things for this baby due in September because it worked for me and our family.

If your child is fed and clean and safe it's ok to let them cry every now and then, ESPECIALLY if you are exhausted and overwhelmed. A study just came out that babies that were allowed to cry it out were better at self soothing and actually slept for longer. Good luck!

Try eat play sleep... Or if you're nursing to sleep, swaddle him first. By nursing, then laying him down to swaddle, he's suddenly feeling insecure and waking up.

Keep him up after feeding to stimulate him and then put him down for nap after. I read the book Baby Wise w my first baby and did the eat-play-sleep (in that order) schedule and it worked really well.

If he has fallen asleep eating, try just putting him down without the swaddle...
