Progesterone 200mg twice a day

Hi Everyone so this month has been a little crazy they day we went in to measure our folical it measured 15 we were told to come back in 2 day and start OPKs which we did and the day before our next appointment. I got a Big fat Postive on my opk 1st time ever. I could have sworn those thing s didn't work. When we went to our RE we were told I must of ovulated in the middle of the night. So they didn't want to chance an IUI because they didn't know the size so we did times BD. Which broke my heart I felt like every month it was something different. Now I went in for my progestin check and I was told it was a 10.5  which I have gotten mixed results as its ok or no the RE put me on 200 mg of compound Progestrone and I'm not sure what to expect. Has anyone ever gone through this?
