Early pregnancy symptoms???

Hey guys so I know all of this is going to sound impossible but I did read online when I started freaking out I could be pregnant that conception could take anywhere between a few hours and five days. And I had Sex yesterday. So I've woken with cramps and I'm not due for another week and I never get cramps unless I'm on my period. And then I was feeling really neasuated and keep feeling like I'm gonna be sick. Surprising I woke up a few times in the night to pee and I never pee at night and I didn't drink any water and I didn't eat any dinner. My breast a super tender and my boyfriend didn't do anything to them yesterday so...... I don't know. You guys have any advice me. Should I take a home pregnancy test or should I wait until my period is late because I'm freaking out.
