What was birth like for you?

Vaginal or C-section? What complications did you have etc.?

the most crazy, beautiful, painful, scary, amazing moment all rolled into one. my first baby, a little girl, was delivered vaginally three and a half months ago. I was in labor for 15 hours, contractions were so painful. but I delivered her early morning, without an epidural, and in two long pushes. would do it again in a heartbeat!

I had a vaginal birth. Got the hospital at 6:30p. Epidural at 7 cm. Had him at 2:14a. It was all around a very smooth labor and delivery.

My first i got induced im a planner i like to have a schedule. I went in at 6 am got induced they broke my water at 7:30 i got the epidural at 6 cm and had my son at 12:37 pm vaginally. My second i was also induced went in at 6 am broke my water at 7:30 am but i had back contractions this time. They hurt i got my epidural at 5cm and it didnt help much that time. It wore off before o was fully dialated so i felt my daughter come out pain and all at 5:37 pm but the pain instantly stopped as soon as she was out. My third i got induced again. Everything went the same but i was at a different hospital. I told them i needed my epidural early because as soon as i hit 5 cm im at a 10 ten minutes later. They didnt believe me so they came in to do my epidural but it was to late i was already fully dilated and felt my son come out it hurt like crazy but i wouldnt change it. He was born at 5:37 pm as well. I got my tubes tied the next day but i told the dr i wanted to stay awake i didnt want to be put under so he did a spinal and i talked to him while he tied my tubes.

I had a vaginal (frank) breech birth (I was petrified of having a c-section and this is the only safe breech birthing position. The rest necessitate a c-section) with no drugs, gas etc only sterile water injections in my back as my backpain was unbearable. Contractions strated at 5am and I went to the hospital at 7pm. I was 8cm dialated and bub was born at 11pm. 
It honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's a different kind of pain, intense and over before you know it. I had 2nd degree tearing but I did not feel it at all.

I had a vaginal delivery. I was 4 cm a week before I delivered. I went to the hospital about 830pm with contractions 2 -3 minutes apart. Had epidural around 10 pm was 7 cm dilated. Started pushing at 1 am and had baby at 1:22am. No tearing.

No complications very long drawn out vaginal delivery. Not painful at all just some mild discomfort. I had no meds of any sort nothing for pain or anything. I was mostly very tired and extremely hungry since it lasted a long time. More than anything it's being tired, thirsty and hungry.

I had a c-section and I was asleep during surgery because the spinal block didn't numb my lower part of the body. I wasn't able to see or hear my son when he was born and the worst part was my husband wasn't called in to be with me because I was put to sleep. It was a bad experience I was so angry after I found out. My recovery after was painful but it was all worth it 💙

Induced on Mon had him Fri he pooped in me so had to clear lungs before he took his first breathe and he had cord around his neck twice the cut me to get him out and used a suction cup I had the epi on Thurs once I hit 7 cm
