Choking?!?!

Is it normal to get choked all the time?? ..Like seriously I choke on my spit constantly lol I know it seems weird but u never did it before being pregnant.

I do everyday but only starting at like 38 weeks. Plus tons of indigestion ); gonna be induced Monday!

Yeah its quite normal, since we are giving so much oxygen to baby we are more fatigued and more prone to choking on our spit or anything.Just eat and talk slowly. I was talking the other day and started choking out of no where. I do deep breaths a few times a day for like 10 mins and it really helps my breathing and to relax. Good luck mama😉

I choke on my spit all the time lol my doctor said its because of the relaxin being released into our bodies and that the body isn't able to tell it to just go to the pelvic and hip area, so even your throat muscles relax
