You should look up the individual oils in that blend and check each of them out. A lot of essential oils are NOT safe during pregnancy!

I am using it during my pregnancy! I have horrible sciatica nerve pain! My chiropractor and OB are completely fine with the rub! I just dilute mine with lotion coz it’s so strong and absorbs better!

I've seen a lot of ladies say they use it. The website says to consult a doctor if you are pregnant or nursing. Maybe just ask your OB about it. I'm sure it's probably fine though as long as it doesn't contain Aspirin.
