Avoiding morning sickness

When I became pregnant I knew I would be subject to morning to sickness since my mom and all her sisters were throwing up daily for the first two month with all of their pregnancies and my bf's mom was sick all day long. I had no hope. I am now 13 weeks and have only had "morning sickness" once and I think I know how I avoided this. I am really into fitness and I have been drinking a gallon of water daily for about two years and I have continued this through my pregnancy and I have felt tired and have had every other 1st trimester symptom but I have not actually puked. What made me realize it was all the water I drank that was helping me, was the one day I didn't have access to water was the only day I actually got sick. So my advice is DRINK LOTS of WATER!!!
