Tmi pic! Does this look like blood in my 2yr olds poop?

Hes been having diarrhea the last couple  days, in which i thought the redness was just the fruit punch hes been drinking non stop... he dosent want to eat food much.. maybe a bite of 2 of chicken.. hes picky to begin with but its like every time he farts this happens? Should we go to the er ya think or am i just tripping? ??

Look at the fruit punch and if it's the same exact color it's most likely that then. If you decide to go to the er which I would recommend only to put your mind at ease. Bag the diaper and let them see it. They can test the poop to see if there's blood in it at all. They may also do one of those tests straight from the rectal but at 2 idk if they will. Hopefully he's okay though!

I'm a nurse and from the pic that could def be blood. Kind of gross but smell it. It should smell like blood if there is that much. If nothing else bag and bring to the pedi in the morning.

That looks bloody more than fruit punch coloring, also signs of not eating could point to some kind of stomach related issue going on. I would definitely take him in.
