Fucked up my pills a bit

Been on the pill for four years and i just got a pm shift at a nursing home. I usually take my pill before bed but i have forgotten and taken it the next day for the past two or three day and last night was my last active pill witch i completely forgot about for 24 hours..... So i took Tuesdays pill on wendsday.. Am i still good or will this fuck up my cycle?
