Wow you gotta be a real idiot to ttc at 14. All that's gonna happen is her dumping the baby on her parents, sucking money out of them and whining about how it's harder than she thought.

A teenager NEEDS people to pass judgement on them. Their brains are not fully formed until 17-18 years of age! How in the world would anyone think it's a good idea to TRY to have a baby before then. A teenager is SCIENTIFICALLY (not just my opinion) not emotionally, physically, financially, or mentally ready to be a mother. And if they want to be a mother at 14, there is something wrong at home... They are not getting proper attention and guidance and are begging for someone to love them. It's really sad. I believe TV shows like "pregnant at 16" or whatever it's called promote teen pregnancy and show that it's "fun" and "cool" to have a baby.... It's not fun or cool. It's the single greatest thing you will ever do and should be done at a time when you have a reliable, stable partner and LIFE set up for yourself - ie. some type of education, a job where you can supprt yourself and a family for the rest of your life, a stable, clean place to live.

14??? U haven't lived at 14. There is so much that u need to experience before u get tied down with a baby who requires ur attention 24/7. There are no vacations from being a parent or a time out to go hang with friends. At 14 u can't support ur self let alone a child, ur still a child ur self. U don't know what life is like at 14. Go see dr Phil!!

When I saw "teen" I guessed this was going to be an 18-19 year old. Please please reconsider this if you haven't conceived yet, you have so many years ahead of you to enjoy your youth and freedom. Motherhood will be fantastic but also tiring and challenging, you've got all the time in the world to plan a family, please secure your own future before you have children depending on you for theirs. If you're already pregnant then keep your family and friends close so you have a good support network around you when times get rough, as they do for mothers of all ages.

I really hope you reconsider this decision and decide to venture into motherhood when you've lived a little more of your life for yourself. I wish you the best of luck xx

Nothing is really wrong if you know that's what you want and can take care of your actions I was 14 and preguant but I wasn't trying it just happen,but I would teach my daughter becouse I wouldn't want that for her...
