Weight Lifters??
To those of you who do weight/strength stuff in the gym, how did you get into it/what resources did you use to figure out what the heck you were doing?!
I'm a runner and dancer and have done some yoga and barre, but I want to tone up a lot and want to start incorporating strength training (nothing too hardcore haha) but have no clue where to start!
If anyone has any advice to share or knows of good places to look for info that'd be amazing!!
