Plan B & Smoke Sesh HELP!!!

Okay so I know I am being completely stupid by wanting to go get high but hey its my choice. So me & my bf had protected sex yesterday but to make sure we bought plan b & I drank the pill this morning but some friends invited me to go smoke with them but will that interfear with the pill. I understand my decisions & the consequences of them so yall can save the lectures please I just want to know if I should go or no?
