What do I do:(

Alisha • Husband and I have been married for 5years, together for 7 We have 3 fur-babies and are looking to expand.
Ok glow said I should start Tuesday due to my positive opk time. Then when it didn't come it pushed it to today Thursday now that it still hasn't come it's pushing it to Saturday. 
I'm supposed to go camping with hubbys family . 
I have endometriosis so my first day I spend in misery in the tub or heating pad max amounts of pain killers. 
I've had two negative tests. So im sure it's coming I just don't know when- should
I stay home and hope I'm 3 days late or that I can bare the pain or should i just stay home alone the whole time 😭😭😭
I don't want to do either :( 
Oh the camp out is 4 hours away in the desert with only porter pattys and a half hour drive to the nearest tiny town to pay 10$ for a shower.
