Sleep issues

Ok so I am 10 weeks and having issues staying comfortable to sleep through the night. My shoulders are going to sleep from me laying on my side. My back is also so sore that it makes me uncomfortable. Has anyone delt with this or have any ideas? Doctor is out of the office until next monday.
