Baby. To Soon.

Has anyone had a baby 4 months ago and finds out your pregnant again? I'm scared to call the doctor because mine, the one I had when I was pregnant with my daughter, told me to wait a year before getting pregnant again; she put me on birth control pills but I lost my insurance and didn't have the money to get them, by the time I got insurance back I found out I was pregnant. I dont know, I just feel like she'll be disappointed in me along with my family, only because it's "to soon" to have another baby.
