counseling
I decided almost a month ago to start counseling. not just for ttc, bit my life has been insane lately. between my sister in law having breast cancer to my mom having a sarcoma tumor it's been hard.
I'm glad I went. it went well. Good suggestions for self care and how to deal with my mom (she is very manipulative and always had bwen).
I have my next appt in 2 weeks after a weekend away with my crazy in laws. that will be interesting ;)
