Weird cramps

So I'm 6w3d and I have some crazy stuff happening to my body. My boobs hurt, I know totally normal. I'm so constipated and don't know if it's contributing to these weird cramps I'm getting. I've been having these minor cramps on and off since week 4. Kinda feels like period cramps but no bleeding and they are on and off. They happen mid day, early in the morning and sometimes at night...I've never been pregnant before, and I really need advice/your insight in what is happening to me.
