Ughhh

I know this sounds childish of me, but I texted my bf right when I got home from work (around 11pm). He never texted back so I snapped him. He opened it immediately. But never replied. Wtf?! He can't say he's too busy to answer anything because he wouldn't be on SC if he was busy. This irritates the hell out of me because he wants me to text him as much as I can, but yet he won't fucking return the favor. Is this normal? It's about to piss me off where I straight up ask him why he's not too busy to open my snap but too busy to text me back after I sent him a text BEFORE I snapped him. He's being hypocritical and it pisses me off.
