Clear stretchy discharge on pill?

I've been on Sprintec for 3 months. (Just started 3rd month). I had my period last pack, and today is my fourth active pill on the new pack. I noticed clear discharge and I'm confused because I thought the pill prevented ovulation? Help please

I get it occasionally... But not too much as if I weren't on the pill and ovulating. It's just a little bit for less than a day. (Why I double up on condoms) There is such thing as breakthrough ovulation. Are you taking anything that might interfere with the pill?
