Belly binding
Trying to decide if I want the go the route of belly binding. After my first I remember feeling like I couldn't use my abs for days. I really think a binder would help and if it helps shrink my belly than that's a plus! Anyone have experience? Good or bad. Also brands. I've looked at the belly bandit and squeem. Thanks!
