Ok, so I live in Southern California and I am receiving state disability pay for my maternity leave time. I am returning to work on Monday, the 20th. This is my first time on it and I'm not sure how it works. For instance, when I go back to work, it will be the start of a new pay period, am I entitled to another paycheck until I get one from my job? I hope this is all making sense. I am due to get paid from the state on the 22nd. Will that be my last check since I went back to work on the 20th? My next check from work wouldn't be until July 14th. Would the state pay continue to pay me one more time til than? It would be on July 5th. Thanks for your help!
