Get in shape journey.
So my boyfriend is a personal trainer on campus and I decided to let him train me. We're long distance while school is out since thats where we met. Anyways I let him make up a workout plan for me as well as a little diet plan. Nothing too serious. ( no sugar, bread, red meat, lots of water.) I'm also taking Garcinia Cambogia to supplement. But today is day 1. This is me after my first workout. I'm 5'9 & 188.
