Help I'm abit worried hit my bump :(

I'm abit worried tho prob over reacting 
My mop was up between the fridge and the wall and it fell and bumped me in the stomach left a mark I'm 16 weeks pregnant do u think I need to get checked or will bub be ok?? First pregnancy so I may be abit of a drama queen 
Also my cat when I'm holding him and something scared me he scratches my stomach he has done it twice now do I need to worry??
