Is breast milk supposed to taste nasty?
I tasted my freshly pumped breast milk and I was expecting like a sweet milky flavor but it just tasted nasty and sour. Is that normal? I was wondering because I smoked a cigarette and I hope I didn't contaminate my breast milk by smoking and putting toxins in my system that somehow made the flavor nasty.
