All of it 😩 Never got that boost in the 2nd tri. My whole pregnancy has been one big 1st trimester.

My first trimester was the worst so far I couldn't do anything without napping even if I had slept all night. Sometimes I would take more than one nap a day (sleeping maybe 3 hours, then another hour later or something). Then my second trimester was more insomnia which I had really bad before my pregnancy I used to take trazodone and restoril or a xanax, I don't take any pills anymore so I just let my body do what it does even though it's a struggle. My third trimester so far seems to be the most normal I sleep a little longer at night and I don't need a nap during the day most of the time.
