Health/bleeding/sex issues

I know I've needed to go back to the doc for some time now. But at the moment, I just don't have insurance or ANY money to be able to even just get an annual. Lately I've been unusually dry during sex no matter how "ready" I FEEL. It's very frustrating. On top of that, I've started spotting afterwards. I'm at a loss of what I can do without going to the doc. I can't read any more stuff on the net, it just freaks me out and obviously can't give me a definite answer anyways. Any advice?
