I need some help...

Is it safe that my son has been in the head down position since 22 weeks? & im now 25 weeks? I mean I know he can always turn but my first son done this too and stayed head down until I had him. I guess what I'm asking is did any other Mommas pregnant w/ their second or third kid, did your babies stay head down until birth?
