Hey ladies-FTM here due early August. Been busy getting baby her last minute essentials, and also some things I will need at the hospital, and after labour, such as nursing bras and comfy sweatpants-when it hit me that i really have no idea what i need to survive the "after labour" period, you know the one nobody really talks about (the bleeding,the aches, the pain). I think i'm freaking out more about that than the actual labour. Could anybody kindly assist me what to get to survive the next gory weeks after labour-your top 5 essentials!
