I've been having a lot of lower back pain(sometimes takes my breath away), I've been peeing so much more throughout the day, I've had an intense nesting experience the last 2 days, some lower abdominal cramping and high abdominal cramping, loose bowel movements, constantly have the intense feeling I have to poop and it's always diarehhia. I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and I'm currently dilated to a 3 60% effaced and at my last appintment on Wednesday she could feel the babies head
