Does this really help?

My daughter is really high up and I'm 39+1. I have contractions on and off but nothing serious. I know ppl recommend sex but I'm allergic to my husbands sperm (yes, that's a real thing lol). I immediately get a yeast infection. The castor oil thing seems dangerous so I'm not doing it. Anyways, how to I get this baby to move down?

The yoga ball is amazing and does help! Bounce bounce bounce and roll those hips :)

Anything where you're moving your pelvis and opening up your hips will help move baby down. Walking, dancing, lunges, squats, rolling your hips on that ball, pelvic tilts, etc.
