Amniotic Fluid amount..?

Is it normal to lose some fluid.? I'm in week 35 and feel like some drops coming out.! It was 12 cm and now it's  9 cm

If you were leaking fluid you would know because it would be a constant thing that and if you coughed you would feel some come out
