Swelling of feet and ankles???

Not sure what to do 5 days pp from c-section and my legs, ankles, and feet are severely swollen. Help!!!!!!!! Don't know what to do. Feet are elevated.

Mine were the same way for almost a week after my c section. I woke up one day and magically had my feet and ankles back!

Check your blood pressure just in case. Sometimes blood pressure problems can present themselves after baby. It could also be from iv fluids. Sometimes you get swelling pp that will take a little bit to go away. I'd call your dr just in case though

Had exactly the Same. My doc and midwife told me it is not the c-section but the lactation hormones... Unfortunately it lasted 3-4 weeks and hurt like hell... The midwife did acupuncture and where she pulled out the needle water came out in drops!!! 😳😳😳😳😳 no kidding!

Drink lots of water to help pee and flush it out!

Mine went down after probably a week and a half almost 2 weeks.

Drink a lot of water it helps. Mine was like that too. It's from the IV. It will go away within a week. I also soaked my feet in hot water.

Mine stayed like this two weeks after emergency c section

I just had a c-section this morning and noticed mine swelling. My nurse said it's from the epidural and totally normal, should be gone in a couple weeks.
