Not sure of follicle size! Please help!

Is a 11 mm follicle a good size for CD 13? It seems a little small compared to others. Not sure if I ovulated this cycle. I had a positive opk on CD 17 at 12: 34 pm but don't know if it was a false positive cause I had negatives then positives for 3 days after that.
