Prenatal causing IBS D to be worse. What prenatals do you use?

With my son my prenatal helped to mellow out my ibs this time I swear it is making it worse. What prenatal do you all use??

Rainbow Prenatal One.  It has some enzymes and probiotics... Was having some diarrhea early this week but evening out now.

I have Ibs-d. I take Vita fusion prenatal gummies. It's actually the pregnancy not thr gummies upsetting mine. I feel like I stay in a flair.
