Being a Christian is about loving others, not judging them. I don't understand why God would ever be against love. As long as you're being the best person you can be fuck everyone who's telling you you're wrong.

Yes it is 2016 but that doesn't change what is a sin and what's not. Yes it's more accepted than it use to be but that doesn't change anything. Yes you can still be a Christian but keep in mind that sin can get in the way of your relationship with God. Having sex before marriage is still a sin but it's also another thing that has come more accepted by society. Getting drunk is a sin. There are so many things everyone does on a daily basis that are sinning. What matters is your relationship with God and if you want to get closer to Him you have to realize those sins. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you how to live your life. I'm currently working on getting closer to God again myself.

Of course it is you do you don't let other people's judgements interfere with your relationship with God but if your church is trying to change you or shame you you may need to go to a different church God is everywhere not just in church he is in you!!!

God loves you no matter what you do and no sin is greater than the other. I believe your relationship with God can help you figure it out. Pray daily. The whole point of being a Christian is loving one another like you would love yourself. And unfortunately there are many "Christians" who would rather judge others and be rude and disrespectful. I, for one, never want to be like them. To be a follower of Christ means to judge no one and to love everyone, even those who hurt you. No matter what, God will take care of you. Pray about it. Strengthening your relationship with him will help everything fall into place! 🙏🏻💙

What really messes me up is how some Christians are different than others I mean I was raised as a Christian but I was also raised not to judge or hate anyone I have a gay Bestfriend 💓 and I feel bad because he's in a Christan home too but he gets nasty looks and we always hear people talk shit and its so sad how they can't accept him as an actual human being now i believe that being a christian should be about love and forgiveness not hate at least that's how I was raised
