Is a suit comfortable to wear?

-semi formal (similar to photo)
-mid-priced
If yes - would you voluntarily wear it in situations not related to your job? I've heard that people in suits get treated better, but I can also see how this could be pretty awkward.
If no - what part of the suit do you first the least comfortable/most annoying?
