Ohhhh gosh. I didn't even know where my vagina was or how to get the tampon in for years. I finally figured it out at the age of 17 and I'm 19 now. 😂

I'm sure by now you've already given it a go and figured it out, but what I find to be most helpful is trying to relax those muscles. It may be hard to tell which ones to relax if you don't know your body down there all that well, but it's kind of the same relaxed as if you were peeing. When those muscles are loose, it makes a huge difference for me because it goes in much smoother. Try to avoid cardboard applicators at all costs if you can because they HURT and make sure the applicator of your tampon is in all the way before you push the tampon in and it will hurt less! You'll get the hang of it for sure. Once it's in you shouldn't really be able to feel it, so if it's uncomfortable to sit or walk, take it out and try again. I tried to use tampons my first time..for my body, it was not about to happen. If it hurts, DO NOT FORCE IT. I know how bad you want to use a tampon, but just listen to your body

Theres instructions inside the boxe but well how you do it you keep the tampon in the plastic applicator and you go sit on the toilet and you relaaaaax .. You stick it in and then you push in the stick witch will push the tampon out of the applicator inside your vagina and then you remove the plastic aplicator and you're good to go girl :) it will takes you some applications to get use to it and to become a professional but don't give up !! And also if it feels uncomfortable it means it's not in the right position what you should do is to remove it and put a new one but it may hurt when you pull it out cause it's gonna be dry :/
