Vitex
I have pcos but my periods have been regular for over a year until now. My last period was march 24th so i thought i was pregnant but im not i even had an ultrasound to be 100% sure. I want to try vitex as i have heard alot of good things about it helping regulate periods. Has anyone had success with it or know of anything that may help??
