Having trouble sleeping. What do you do?

I'm having trouble sleeping now. I just go on Eve. or Pinterest.

I usually lie in bed and listen to music (with the volume turned down) and then maybe play on my phone a bit and I'll start getting sleepy. Then I turn everything off and I'll fall asleep🤗

Talk to my boyfriend on the phone and he says cute stuff to me in this soft voice and it helps relax me and I can sleep

I have to listen to music when I sleep and I cant have it pitch black when I sleep either

I try not to over stress the fact I can't sleep , I normally get up go to washroom get a drink. Even open a window for some fresh air. And than I curl up in bed and watch Netflix and have it playing in background till I fall asleep. Some days if you can't sleep don't stress it happens just close your eyes and try to relax best wishes :)

I usually make myself a hot drink, like tea or hot chocolate, and maybe put on some music

I just lay in bed close my eyes and just think of things past prestent or future and it helps my mind calm itself enough to sleep

For some reason I if I drink something hot or warm I'll fall asleep within 20 minutes. It could be coffee and even expresso or even hot water if I drink any of that I get sleepy so try to drink some hot chocolate it will sooth you and you'll be knocked out

Sometimes I take Benadryl when I can't sleep! It helps make me drowsy and also with nightly allergies :)
