BFP after chemical pregnancy

We had a chemical pregnancy last month and tonight I got my BFP. I'm excited but trying not to get my hopes up. I had stronger symptoms with my chemical pregnancy than I am right now but I'm "farther along" only by a week maybe, now than I was when I found out last time. This ofcourse makes me nervous. Is it possible for hormone levels to rise but not have very many (if any at all) pregnancy symptoms?
