Visitors when baby arrives?

What do you prefer when baby arrives??

None at all. Leave me alone, I want to recover. Lol.

I'm not really keen on visitors especially when they descend like vultures feeding off a carcass - I would rather have a couple days to myself and baby, bonding with my other kids etc before they all flock in. The reason for this is, every Tom Dick and Harry wanna see a newborn then afterwards they never visit again...

Anyone can visit me at the hospital but when I'm home I'll be more particular with who can visit. I don't like just anyone in my house & in my personal space & on my furniture lol.

I prefer people wait until I'm home but I am going to make sure people know to plan ahead with us and not just pop in!

Both I love having visitors 😊 makes me feel good that people actually care and wanna meet my baby. If no one visited I would feel pretty lousy like no one cares.

Having a c section and would prefer most wait till I'm home and recovering. I'd feel differently if, like the olden days, dad could take baby to the waiting room to meet everyone but I don't feel like being around all those people after major surgery.

Either, but my husband is not comfortable with me breast feeding in front of men including family, so at the hospital I felt like I kept kicking them out lol. At home I had more flexibility.

I'm not even sure we're going to tell anyone when I go into labor except maybe my mom and MAYBE my Hubby's parents. Once baby is born, no one is allowed in for the first hour while we bond as a family. Then grandparents can visit and no one else until the next day. I think I'd rather people visit at the hospital so I have more help from nurses and whatnot. I want some time at home for a while without visitors.

I have a big family and lots of close friends. Plus, I love visitors and hated being alone after my first was born (hubs had to go home to take care of our dog, house, etc). So hospital is totally fine. Home was fine for me, too. I really just love having people around. Haha
